At RooSoo we want to offer you the best possible service. If you are happy, so are we! For you, our customer and enthusiast of RooSoo, it is important that you know where you stand. That is why we briefly explain per service what the condition is and what you should take into account.
- Items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Make sure the item is unworn and undamaged, and that the tags and labels are still intact.
- Jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled (including make-up stains) will be refused and returned to the customer (shipping paid by customer).
- Do not cover shoe boxes and/or use as a return box when returning the shoes.
- The return costs are the responsibility of the sender and will not be reimbursed by us.
- You can return your package via PostNL or another desired sender. Always keep the Track & Trace code until your return has been processed!
Sending a package back is the responsibility of the sender. RooSoo cannot be held liable for a damaged or lost shipment. As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the amount within 14 business days.
How do I return my order?
- Not completely satisfied with your RooSoo Must-have items? Fill in the enclosed return form. You need this to exchange or return.

Do you want to exchange your item for a different size? Then you can do this within 30 days. Fill in the supplied return form and clearly indicate for which item and which size you want to exchange the order.
As soon as we have received your package, we first check whether the item you want is still in stock in the desired size and color. If it is in stock, we will ship your order to you the same day free of charge. If the item is not in stock, we will refund your purchase amount. Or choose another fashion item.
